2. Select Batch Print from the File menu. The Batch Print dialog box
appears.

3. Select a file group.
4. Select a file you want to add to the list.
5. Select the number of copies you want to print in the Copies option.
6. Click Add to print list. The file name is displayed in the Print list.
7. Repeat steps 4-5 for every output you want to add to the list.
8. If you want to remove an output from the Print list, select the
desired file and click Remove from print list.
9. If you want to preview the list, click Preview.
