Importing Graphics from Outside of the Application
To import a graphic
1. Select Insert Graphic from the Draw menu or click on the
Draw toolbar. The Insert Graphic dialog box (Figure 9-1 on page 9-
3) appears.
2. Click the Browse button. The Get Graphic dialog box appears.

3. Navigate to the file folder where your graphic is stored.
4. Select the file format of the graphic you want to import in the Files
of type option.
5. Select the graphic you want to import from the directory in the File
name option.
6. Click Preview to view a thumbnail of the selected graphic.
7. Click Open to insert the graphic into the output, or click Cancel
exit without importing a graphic.
