To work with reports:

1. Click the Tracking & Reporting tab.

2. Choose the type of report you want to run:

• Procedure List

• Lockout Activity Log

• Training Log

• Procedure History

3. Navigate to the procedure in the Folder window, or you can search the database by:

• Date Created

• Date Modified

• Procedure ID

• Created or Revised By

•Sort By

4. Choose a Sort option, if desired:

•Folder

• Procedure ID

• Created or Revised By

5. Click Run Report. The details of the selected report(s) will display in the window.

6. To print the report, click the Print icon above the view window.
