Print Labels from the Application

To print the labels using the LabelMark application.

1. Open a document in the desired application (i.e., Excel,

Visio or AutoCAD).

2. On the Add-in Toolbar, click (Excel or Visio)

or (AutoCAD). The Export Data dialog opens.

3. In the Export Data dialog, choose the

Text elements to be

printed. Click the arrows (

> or >>) to move text elements

from the Available Items list to the Selected Items list.

Note

If only 1 field (default) is used, each item in the list will be printed

on a separate label. When you create multiple fields, each field

behaves as a line in the label output. For example, Field 1

becomes Line 1, Field 2 becomes Line 2, etc.

4. To create multiple fields in the output, click Add Field. A

new tab is added to the Selected Items window.

5. From the Available Items list and drag-and-drop, double-

click or click the arrows (

> or >>) to add the items to the

new field.
